German brewer looking for new opportunities

Trained brewer and maltster (large German industrial brewery) with a diploma in beverage technology from a German University of Applied Sciences.

I spent more than 6 years brewing in China and, among other things, I was part of the commissioning team of the brewery on China’s first cruise ship.

The last 10 years I mostly brewed on a 10 hL  and also on a 50 hl brewhouse.

Familiar with brewing a wide range of lagers and ales.
