Experienced Brewmaster, Technical Director, Project Manager with over 30 years of international experience in large-scale and mid-sized breweries looking for new challenges on an full time, interim, project-based, consulting basis — also available for vacation or sick leave coverage.

Profile & Core Expertise:

• Overall technical responsibility in breweries and beverage production

• Process optimization from brewhouse through filtration and packaging

• Project leadership for commissioning, optimization, and restructuring

• Quality management, troubleshooting, and process stabilization

• Recipe development

• Leadership of international teams and staff training

• Experience with international brands (e.g., Moretti, Amstel)

Areas of Engagement:

• Brewmaster / Head Brewer (Interim or Permanent)

• Technical Director / Production Manager

• Project Management & Technical Implementation

• Interim assignments and vacation coverage

• Technical consulting within the beverage industry
