Brewer

I’m Nick, an award winning brewer with 7 years professional experience
engaging in every aspect of brewery operations, including owning and
operating my own at one point (Best of Hands Barrelhouse, Seattle,
WA). I’ve recently relocated to Berlin and will begin a Master’s
program in September. I am able to work full-time when class is on
break and part-time while class is in session. Along with my brewing
career, I bring over 25 years total experience in the
restaurant/bar/hospitality industry.
