Work of this position is reported to Head of Brewery
Responsibility：Refer to Job Description
Tasks:
Daily Management:
- Ensuring the taste standard of basic recipes;
- Formulating new, monthly, quarter and Events recipes;
- Determining the management standard for product raw materials and improving the supplier base;
- Optimizing the existing beer-brewing process:
– Brewing process
– Fermentation process management
– Process standard of hygienic operation
– Equipment operation process
– Equipment inspection and maintenance process
– Beer preservation management
– Detection and tracking
– Inventory management of corresponding financial
procurement products
– Restaurant beer serving and training
– Staff training
- Related promotions work, also in social media marketing
Job requirements
Creative and open-minded;
Major in beer brewing or related;
Working experiences with the whole operation process from raw material crushing to fermentation;
More than 5 years working experience in breweries;
Working experience in large breweries is preferred;
Working experiences in China is preferred;
Working experiences with social media is preferred;
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; candidates who also speak Chinese are preferred;
